A new and large graphic group are being established in Finland. In just a short period of time, three acquistions have been carried out.
Already in 2017 PKK started on this journey by acquiring Juvenes Print. And now in only a couple of weeks PKK has consolidated the group further by acquiring Forssa Print and Erweko.
All in all, the new group will have a turn over of approximately 85 million euro from printing services.
A broader range of products for Forssa
Forssa Print has its Scandinavian sales director, Kimmo Pöntinen, based in Sweden.
– For Forssa, the acquisition means that the range of products and services is increasing both when it comes to digital print and large format, says Pöntinen to Swedish news letter Branschkoll.
Forssa Print had a turn over of 22.6 millon euro in 2017 and 131 employees, according to a press release.
Forssa Print will remain as an own brand on the market.

Erweko, with a turn over of 10 million euro and a sales organisation across Finland, will strengthen PKK’s position in Finland, the company writes in a press release. During 2017, Erweko had 73 employees and a wide graphic production.
Acquisition of production agency
During the summer, PKK also bought Faktor – a news paper production agency based in Helsinki with 19 employees.
